When she opened the front door I overheard one of the big kids yell from outside, "No, {Rose}! You need to get a sweat...MOOOMMMM!!!!" It must have taken them a second to see her whole outfit, including her big sister's mittens, hat, scarf, SLIPPERS and all! :)

She's adorable. I loved taking pictures of my older girls and the outfits they'd make up on their own when they were around 2 or 3 years old.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter who is now 27 loved wearing snow boots and a swim suit.

ReplyDeleteShe's so cute. I love her big, chocolate brown eyes.
ReplyDeleteThis is off topic, but how did you get that textured look on your wall? It looks really nice and adds some visual interest to an otherwise plain, monochromatic space.

Thank you! When we were remodeling these rooms, we wanted something different than the "orange peel" texture that we had in the rest of the house. The Drywall Contractor suggested a "Knockdown" drywall texture. I like it much better! I am sure you could google it to see how it is done... From what I remembered he sprayed on the texture and then "knocked-it-down" with some sort of tool. It was interesting and does add a little bit of character to the plain painted walls.
DeleteShe is stylin' in her outfit! She'd be the fancy one out in the snow! Cold but she'd be looking good1
