Do you subscribe to Faith & Family? It is one of the few magazines that I actually subscribe to, and definitely a favorite.
Earlier today, after receiving an email from a friend who had just received her copy, I sent the children out to check the mail. The Spring edition had arrived and I had them turn to page 82.
Do those little faces look familiar?
You should have heard all the giggles!! ☺
I have a feeling we will be hanging on to this edition!
As if I didn't keep them all already! lol! I just wish the mailman would be a little more careful!
how neat is that :) I got mine on Monday but still haven't been able to sit down with it :( I'll have to make some time now ;)
ReplyDeleteOH MY GOD!!! I got my issue a day or two ago, but hadn't had the chance to go through it yet. I can't believe they're in it. How wonderful!!!! You'll have to get a copy for each one :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, Faith & Family is one of my favorites. Right up there with Family Foundations by CCL.
Very cool Jessica. I just got our copy today. The ideas shared in this magazine are so worth the wait. When I see the Faith & Family title in my mailbox I truly feel happy.
ReplyDeleteI bet the kids got a real kick out of the pictures.
Have a wonder evening!
I got my issue earlier today, saw your article, and was super excited for you! I bet the kids loved it! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad they put your blog address too so more people can be inspired to live out their faith more fully with all your wonderful ideas! :)
congrats to you Jessica! that is wonderful :) how totally cool for your children to see!
ReplyDeleteSo Glad you alerted me, Jessica! I would not have noticed. Actually, I'm waiting until Sunday to cozy up with my mag because I have to sit down with it and a cup of coffee, and no children awake... and guess what I'm not drinking during Lent? Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI haven't gotten my issue yet...Hope it comes soon because I can't wait to read it and try out the cookies.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful! God is so good to us, isn't He? I'm clicking over to order my subscription now! Blessings, Lori
ReplyDeleteIt helps to have such photogenic kids!
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone! I am going to have to look into seeing how to purchase a couple more copies. If any of you don't hang on to your copies indefinitely (like I do) let me know! :)
ReplyDeleteKelly ~ I have never seen Family Foundations. I am going to have to look into it!
AW!! My subscription lapsed at the birth of our latest member. I kept reminding myself to reorder! I love your blog, you inspire me to be the best mother I can be. And, am so grateful to you. Having not been raised Catholic I had no idea how to begin raising my children. Ha, I'm still learning!! Now...on to track down a copy! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're more than welcome to ours. It may take a while before I can part with it though :)
ReplyDeleteFamily Foundations comes with a yearly membership to CCL (~$35 I think), I'm not sure if you get a subscription separate or not. Membership includes unlimited NFP chart review too (good for those unsure post-partum times :).
I got my copy today (before I read this on your blog), and I just smiled when I got to that page. Congrats! That is very fun to be in print. I'm sure your children are just delighted =)
ReplyDeleteKeep posting stuff like this i really like it
ReplyDeleteI just received my issue today! Hooray! So so excited to see all those little familiar smiling faces in this issue! Congrats to all! Meantime, pray for all suffering from this earthquake in Chile today! Makes one stand up and pay attention for sure! Amen. PJ
ReplyDeleteYou're famous! How awesome. I'm glad more people besides your blog readers can be inspired by your hard work and dedication to your children's education.
